“Bucky" is in his third season as General Manager of the Killer Bees. An 11-year veteran of the CHL and a five-time nominee for the league's Ticket Director of the Year Award, Grant was honored by the CHL with the league’s Executive of the Year Award for 2007. On staff with the Bees since the team’s inception, he assumed his current role May, 2005. The Niagara Falls, Ontario, native and longtime Detroit Red Wings fan began his career as an account executive in Amarillo, working five seasons with the Rattlers/Gorillas. He also spent one season with the New Mexico Scorpions. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team’s front office. He resides in McAllen with wife Cellina, daughter Brielle (8) and newborn son Brooks. |

Nathan Reilly
Director of Corporate Sales/Assistant General Manager
Nathan is in his fifth year in professional sports. Upon graduating
from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science
in Advertising, Nathan moved to the Rio Grande Valley to begin his
career as an Account Executive, then ascending to the role of
Director of Ticket Sales. He helped the Killer Bees win CHL
Franchise of the Year and three consecutive group ticket sales
awards.
By the end of the third season, he and his family moved to
Broomfield, Colorado to start the CHL’s Rocky Mountain Rage and NBA
D-League’s Colorado 14ers. After leading the Rage to Group Sales
franchise of the year and winning the inaugural CHL Sales &
Marketing Cup, Nathan has returned to the Bees & Dorados as the
Director of Corporate Sponsorship/Assistant General Manager. He is
rejoined with Bucky, Jennifer, and Nick as original team members. He
currently lives in McAllen with wife, Liza, son Chandler (11), and
daughter Parker (8) and visits Dallas often to see his son Reagan
(7). |

Jennifer Sides
Director, Ticket Operations

Jennifer is in her fifth season with the Killer Bees. After graduating from Sharyland High School in 1996, she moved to Lubbock, Texas, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in 2000. She started as an account representative in the ticket department in February, 2003 and was promoted to oversee all ticket functions in March, 2006. She is an original member of the Bee’s front office, and helped the organization earn the CHL's Franchise of the Year Award in 2004 and the CHL’s Group Ticket Organization of the Year Award in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Jennifer’s hard work was recognized yet again in 2007 with her acceptance of the CHL’s Ticketing Executive of the Year Award. |

Richard Bocchini
Director, Broadcasting and Media Relations

Rich is in his third season as the lead radio and TV play-by-play voice for the Killer Bees. A finalist for both the 2007 CHL Broadcaster of the Year and the CHL Communications Executive of the Year Awards, the Pawtucket, RI, native has called games for the former Knoxville Speed (UHL) and Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL). He also spent five seasons in two separate stints with the Worcester IceCats (AHL) as a radio color analyst, back-up play-by-play announcer and media relations assistant. A graduate of Rhode Island College, Rich is also the play-by-play voice of the Rio Grande Valley Dorados (af2) and has served as a fill-in radio announcer for Edinburg Coyotes and Laredo Broncos (ULB) baseball. He frequently travels to Florida to visit his daughter Micaila.

Phil Gladden

Phil oversees game presentation for the Killer Bees and Dorados, which includes all video, music, PA announcements, games and contests fans see in the arena. Phil also is responsible for creating intermission segments for television and internet broadcasts. A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Mass Media Production, this is the Springfield, Mo., native’s third season with the Killer Bees. |

Jacquie joined the Killer Bees in 2005 after graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Business. Jacquie grew up here in the Valley and graduated from Sharyland High School in May of 2001. Under her direction, the Killer Bees received the 2005-06 Community Relations Franchise of the Year Award. |

Rosie Valdez

Born in California and raised in a small town in Washington, Rosie moved to Mission in 1994. Married to Jerry, they have three children and two granddaughters. From 1994-2006, she was an Office Manager and Digitizer for a local Embroidery and Screen-printing company. Rosie manages oversees all merchandising for the Killer Bees and manages the team pro shop.

Nick Pardo
Senior Account Executive

Nick returns to the Valley for his second stint with the Killer Bees. Nick worked for both teams in the first three seasons of their existence before heading north to the Denver area. While there, Pardo joined the Broomfield Event Center and their two sports entities, the Colorado 14ers of the NBA D-League and the Rocky Mountain Rage of the CHL. A native of Ridgefield, Conn., native, Pardo graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2002 and is happy to living near his parents in the Valley. |

James enters his first season in professional sports as an account executive handling season and group ticket sales. James is from Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from Trinidad State Junior College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. Prior to moving to the Valley he was a Real Estate Agent in New Mexico.
