October 6, 2008 - Sir Sting-A-Lot visited Cathey Middle School to help cheer them on at their last pep rally! He helped pump up the football, tennis, volleyball and other organizations for their upcoming week of games and matches.
October 4, 2008 - The Killer Bees held their 6th Annual Season Ticket Holder Party at the Dodge Arena this past Saturday. People were able to come by and pick up their tickets and meet the Killer Bees for the 2008-09 season.

November 28, 2007 - Bees Raise Over $4K For Make-A-Wish. The Bees along with Outback Steakhouse in McAllen, helped raise over $4000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation at the first ever Tip-A-Bee Night. (FULL STORY)
October 23, 2007 – Adam Blanchette and Dennis Maxwell visited Andrew Jackson Elementary and talked to the kids about the importance of being drug free and staying in school.
October 18, 2007 – Sir Sting – A – Lot participated in an America Goes Back to School pep rally in Weslaco. The children enjoyed a nice little dance routine by Sir Sting – A – Lot as he danced along with the Weslaco East High School Band!
October 7, 2007 – The Killer Bees held their 5th Season Ticket Holder Party at the Pharr International Convention Center. Food was provided by Rudy’s BBQ, Hooters, Edible Arrangements, Johnny Carinos and Pizza Patron. Season Ticket holders got a chance to meet the players and get some new merchandise autographed!
