CORPUS IN?

Corpus Christi might not be dead yet. Greg Rajan of the Corpus Christi caller times is reporting that the Rayz have a local investor who will complete the purchase of the team this week. That’s good news on a number of fronts. For one, it obviously means the travel for the Killer Bees won’t be as bad. It also means that the league will have 16 teams, which makes scheduling much easier. With an odd number of teams, someone has to sit every night.
