BUGS SHUT DOWN BEES

Bossier City, La. — John DeCaro made 28 saves for his CHL-leading seventh shutout  the Bossier-Shreveport MudBugs defeated the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees 2-0 Sunday at the Century Tel Center. 

Joe Ori scored the only goal the Bugs needed at 8:46 of the second period to lead the home club to their 17th straight win at the Century Tel Center. Jason Basile added a power play goal later in the middle stanza.

Dave Lemanowicz turned away 37 shots for the Bees, who return to action at home this Friday and Saturday night.
