Re-Entry, No Re-Entry, and Yes, We Know You Can Hear Us

By | October 22, 2007

Couple of quick notes, especially for season ticket holders…

–The Dodge Arena now has a new “No Re-Entry Policy.” This means once you’re in the arena, you’re in. It’s never been enforced in the past, but we’ve gotten word from a few angry fans so far this season that don’t like the new rule. For better or worse, this is how it is now. And to be honest, I was surprised they allowed re-entry in the past. I’ve never seen any arena anywhere allow people to come in and out. If you absolutely need to go to your car (you forgot your medicine, a baby bottle, etc.) stop by the Dodge Arena guest services booth and they’ll decide on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately this one’s out of our control.

–I got more emails this past weekend from people telling me they can hear us between commercials while listening on the CHL Network and in the arena. I appreciate the head’s up; really I do. To spare the technical jargon, I won’t go into how and why you hear us, but believe me, we know. We’ll try and keep it family rated.
