Preseason Game 1 - Travel

On the way to Corpus Christi for tonight’s preseason game vs. the Rayz. Had a friendly visit from the Border Patrol agent at the Falfurrias checkpoint. Young guy, checked the visas and sent us on our way. Sometimes they recognize us and send us on our way, other times they do a quick check like this, and every now and then we end up with some jerk who goes into the back of the bus, yells and shines his flashlight in the players’ faces while they take their pre-game nap.

Just for the heck of it, I’m going to keep a running tab of the Checkpoint numbers.
I gotta say this Aircard thing is pretty cool. We’re traveling up 281 right now and I’m online.
No Broadcast
Tonight’s game is not being broadcast. We’ll be testing the video and audio signals to the new CHL Network, though. We’ll do the same thing Monday night from the Dodge. I’m not sure if the feed will be available though. You can try downloading the player and see what you get.
