Director, Ticket Operations

James assumes the role of Director, Fan Experience. The Albuquerque, New Mexico native is responsible for motivating the sales team, planning group and individual ticket promotions, and handling all ticket related customer service issues. He graduated from Trinidad State Junior College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. Prior to moving to the Valley he was a Real Estate Agent in New Mexico.
